STEEL WIRE DRY DRAWING MACHINES:
1. Machine Structure Design:
1). Fabricated by welding steel plate with 20mm thick, protecting cover with 2mm thick;
2). With wire line for emergency stop & panel button for tension & water adjusting;
3). With transparent window for observing the water cooling & lubricating & drawing condition;
4). Detached door for easy maintenance & inspecting.
5). With individual control panel & Safety protecting system.
6). Machine Lighting system: for night working to observing the drawing condition, and the switch controlled on the HMI Display screen;
2. Drawing Block & Transmission
Drawing block is internally water cooled by means of jet spray. Block is made from special grade cast iron to suit varied applications.
DIE BOX:
Die Box compartment, one receptacle for dry soap and other is for cooling water for die. Water out-let for die box is provided at the lower most level thus it requires no special attention at the time of changing the die. The Die Box is having a vertical adjustment for setting, which counteracts the bending.
WIRE BREAK DETECTOR:
A wire break detection switch is provided on one of the die box which gives protection against wire breakage.
Thus machine is automatically stopped at the time of wire breakage.
The detector switch is interlocked with an indicator lamp on the operator's control box which indicates the
wire breakage.
